The location is so good that you can ignore all the drawbacks

Very good location: in a quiet neighborhood (worth exploring!) yet near the main highway and kind of in the island's center, so you can easily get to most places in less than an hour. Spacious suite with a nice terrace surrounded by palm trees. Tasty breakfast with a good variety of dishes. Parking underneath the hotel.

The hotel has "spa" in its name, but it's not a spa worth mentioning. It is definitely not a hotel where you can spend all day and not be bored to death. We had the farthest suite in the main building (ground floor), and Wi-Fi was coming and going... The kitchen is equipped very poorly. Many things there were lacking. If the management decides to answer this review, they will probably say that I should've asked all these things at reception... But what's with this idea of coming up with a long list of your needs and pestering reception with your petty problems? Just equip your kitchens properly...

Everything was excellent, friendly staff,nothing was too much trouble for them.the hotel is beautifull.the food was great and the price also worth it. Free shuttle bus its great.Perfect place for relaxing.

Maybe the hotel location,but the free shuttle bus ist a compensation:)

Great place, great staff, lovely and peaceful

Staff are great, very helpful and speak English, German and Spanish well. The food in the cafe was pretty good. Very quiet place, which is what I wanted.

Breakfast could have been better, but I've heard it's improved. It wasn't bad, just could be better. The location: you need a car, but they're cheap to rent on the island.

they have two kinds of rooms - we had a junior suit at the main building ground floor it was very nice. they have other rooms out side of the main building. i was told that the rooms in main building are better.

if you book by booking you have to pay extra in the hotel to use the spa.

Disappointing

Comfortable bedroom with a balcony.

The food was cheap, mass produced, and poor quality. Dinner was very expensive considering its poor quality - and what the local restaurants in the zone charge. How about offering some local products? Some locally produced FREE RANGE eggs would be a good start. You were only allowed to use the wifi on up to three appliances - most people have a phone and a tablet and wifi didn't work on balcony. Charging for parking is appalling in a place such as La Quinta. It's not as though it is in the middle of a city. I was a member of the gym club at this hotel for many years, and was very very disappointed with how it has gone downhill.

The location was great, we were right on the ocean and had a...

The location was great, we were right on the ocean and had a fantastic view. It was also good to have the free shuttle service to Puerto de La Cruz to explore the city. The pool and poolside were also very good. Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly others a bit less...

We had to ask the staff to change our mattress twice, as the mattress was busted and it was impossible to sleep the first two nights. After the mattress was changed it was acceptable. Most of the services which hotels give for free are paid at La Quinta, examples include the gym, sauna and wellness. One exceptionally outrageous paid service was the wifi connection, where they limit to three devices.

Pleasant stay in a clean and spacious studio

Room was large, clean and cosy Surroundings were raw and beautiful Close to the highway that connects major pointa Buses for various tours and location that take you right from the entrance in the hotel Free parking places around the hotel

Heating was not ideal (we went there in December and the nights were cold) but the staff provided us with electric heaters which did the job.

What was the highlight of Hotel Spa La Quinta Park Suites

Three nights and two rooms. We were satisfied.

Staff explained everything on arrival in perfect english. Breakfast was a real meal, with good fresh fruits, homemade juices, smoothies, cakes and hot dishes. Absolutely perfect for any need. The space both in the common areas and in the rooms is huge. The rooms were we'll cleaned and had a full kitchen. Ours had sea view, as should many rooms since the hotel's main building is C-shaped towards the sea.

Staff happily received the complains on the first and second day, but dishwashers still didn't do a good job on the third morning. In this part of the year, the weather in the north of Tenerife seemed us to be worse than in the south.
